iQ – Quality Assurance

This module takes care of quality testing and control aspects of Raw material and Finished goods. The procured material is sent for quality checking and tested against the standards set in advance. It maintains information of the tests to be carried out for each material. It also includes quality testing and analysis during the production process.

Incoming Material Quality Check

• Inward QC before unloading of material linked to Material Inward Entry
• Sampling Entry & Report (SM)
• Inward QC after unloading based on Store GRN
• Third party QC against Inward Material

Production Quality Check

• Test results of Finished production for a particular Heat/Lot
• Predefined quality parameters
• Test certificates of outgoing FG material
• In Process Control Check Points
• Test Code and Quality Protocol definition
• C Release Report
• Capturing various process parameters during different times in the production cycle

Dispatch Quality Report

• C Release Report
